Are kids the early adaptors after the media professionals?
As you will see in the Stranger research micro blogging is a huge micro trend that will develop itself in the future months. Today I found out that the AVRO (Dutch broadcaster) has set up an micro blog concering the Junior Songfestival. Dutch kids can follow the Dutch participants by the messages that they will post by their mobile on the microblog. Very nice initiative.

Nike opened a store in London with customized Air Force 1's sneakers. You can also design your own pair. Unique is that the concept is translated from online into offline. Where you first only designed your sneakers online, you might find them in the London store right now.

On the website http://nl.gosupermodel.com/ girls make their own super model avator. On the youTube channel http://www.youtube.com/nieuwemodellen girls uploaded their own advertorial video's to promote this new site.

How to... JUMP!
For our young Dutch audience, if they don't already know, a tutorial how to jump. It is a good example how young people educate their peers on trends.

I would like to search for other, more European examples. But the jumpvideos might be nice, because their so very Dutch!
