From our European research we got some really interesting input from London. In the previous message i already posted two video's. I made a selection from the most interesting websites:

http://www.vvvv.org
vvvv is a toolkit for real time video synthesis. It is designed to facilitate the handling of large media environments with physical interfaces, real-time motion graphics, audio and video that can interact with many users simultaneously.

http://www.generatorx.no/

http://www.thelightsurgeons.co.uk/
Although this site is not running yet it is interesting to click on the blog and read about the light surgeons. They pioneered in live mixed media performance. It's nice to check out the video's and photo's on the blog. Let's wait for the full site. I'm curieus...

http://squa.re
This website is mend as liberation for like-minded, luxury-focused people who live an inspiring lifestyle. Squa.re offers unique content in luxury, style, travel and nightlife. I think it is a good example of niche marketing that might grow out to a succes.

This is an selection from some interesting organisations:
http://www.optronica.org
Optronica is a London based visual music festival in collaboration with British Film Institute. Two screening programme's were also shown on the STRP festival in Eindhoven.

http://www.dfuse.com/

Video's from England

These are two music video's we got from a contact in London. Although they are not user generated they are two nice examples of remarkable video's. I really like the last one from Vitalic and Pleix.

Spanish video

From our Spanish contact we got the following contribution. There is A TV program called "Silent" about trends. They put videos representing silence at the end of each program.
Their website looks pretty interesting. Unfortunately my spanish is not so good so for me it is quite incomprehensible...

What the big shots are doing?

Looking into this conference programme might be useful in the sense that it gives us an idea what the old, mainstream players are doing related to diversity.
